Our story wasn't one of love at first sight, but we do fully believe that God and angels intervened to bring us together.

We met playing grass volleyball in Hawaii with a group of friends that brought us together. We ended up becoming best friends over the summer. As the friendship grew, we found ourselves drawn to the joy we felt around each other.

Then, Benji got the courage to confess his feelings, and everything changed. On our first date, we spent the entire day together: we went to the temple, the gym, and our favorite beach. We talked for hours. We laughed until our bellies hurt. We could feel that something was different.

Our time in Hawaii was like a movie; falling in love happened so easily, and we truly felt on top of the world.

We then had to do long distance for 4 months, and our relationship grew through the challenge. There were many trips to Hawaii and Utah, as well as long FaceTime calls, wishing we were together. Benji proposed at our secret spot by the ocean in Hawaii when Haley came out for a surprise visit, and it was perfect.

Now, we live in Utah together, and we are so excited to get married! We know it wasn't chance that brought us together. We are so grateful for all the memories we've made, and we cannot wait for an eternity to come.
